Hey,
Just wanted to say good luck on getting the house’s impact that low. It’s good to see more and more people getting interested in lowering their environmental impact.
Also, I saw you didn’t have much on your “Other Interesting Sites” page; please consider adding www .ecojoes .com to it. While I’m not gunning for a zero carbon house (yet), I am trying other ways to help the environment.

Lots of good info How about something for people who rent their homes and are stuck not being able to improve things because they don’t own the house. What suggestions do you have for them?

Good luck with your house - you might be interested in ours, which is under construction now to zero carbon standards. 50% of it is an existing building, to demonstrate that we can upgrade existing houses to this standard too…
